Modules labeled as ECC have error correction. Non-ECC memory modules cannot be mixed with ECC memory. If you plan to expand the memory with the existing RAM, you must check which memory technology (non-ECC / ECC) is currently installed. The device supports non-ECC SO-DIMM or ECC SO-DIMM.
