The 3.6mm ultra slim form of the cable makes it more flexible and ensures better airflow and cooling performance in complex network systems. Plated with 50µ gold, the connector provides more durability and a higher quality transmission rate. A 50µ gold connector can deliver up to 4 times more throughput than a standard metal connector. 50µ is the thickest available and most optimal gold plating standard.
