According to AOC's specifications, the monitor has a stand that allows height adjustability of up to 110 mm (11 cm). When the screen is set at its lowest point, this would mean that the distance from the base of the stand to the bottom of the screen is about 61 cm - 11 cm = 50 cm.
I have a G8 Zbook with 3070 - runs clean.
The volume of the speakers can be set to 0 in the menu of the monitor, then they no longer sound and are off. There is no actual switch-off mode.

I didn't notice it before, but if you look from above, there's a gap there too. This is my first curved monitor, so I can't say whether this is normal with these models. But it's the same for me and is not usually noticeable.
Digitec always sends a Swiss cable. It must have been forgotten in your case. But you could contact Digitec and you would be entitled to it. But you can also just use your old cable. There are no differences.
The monitor does not have a USB-C input, so I would choose a model for the Mac Air M1 that has a USB-C port, which can then be used to charge the Macbook Air M1 directly from the monitor. This Dell monitor even offers 4K UHD resolution with 3840 x 2160, which is also supported by the Macbook Air M1, it is only a little more expensive in terms of price, but in terms of functionality it is a really great monitor: the 4K resolution also allows scaling with the Macbook Air M1, so the fonts also come out nice and sharp. The Dell also has the best asbestosis and doesn't look bad either. Dell P2721Q (27", 3840 x 2160 Pixels) Curved is actually just a widescreen 27 inch but with 3440 x 1440 pixels (normal 27 inch with 2560 x 1440), the font quality will not be super good with it, a 4K UHD display is already able to produce an image just as good as the Macbook Air M1, especially with text and writing. Alternatively, with 34 inches but with the smaller resolution, also USB-C charging: Samsung C34H890WGU (34", 3440 x 1440 Pixels) Or an LG, which has 35 inches but the same resolution as the AOC or Samsung screen: LG 35WN75C-B (35", 3440 x 1440 Pixels)
Issue can be due to several reasons. I imagine you have an outdated/old HDMI cable (version <1.3). If you have a sufficiently newer version of HDMI cable (say HDMI 2.0), then perhaps its the dell usb-c adapter. Product description does not say thunderbolt, so it's only USB-C. Plus Apple is not among list of compatible brands. Is 1080p is the max you can get with all other slots unused on the dell adapter?
Ultra wide curved 34 inch screens cannot be rotated into pivot mode. This is a feature that is missing for those kind of displays. In case you did not order the product yet, you may also consider buying a 31.5 inch or 28 inch 4K display. 28 inch 4K displays with heigth adjustable stands can be rotated into pivot mode. The additional advantage of a 4K display, text is much sharper than on a 3440x1440 pixel resolution display.
Hi, as far as I know only the models with the "C" at the end have the KVM function via USB-C.
