Of course! But it is designed for Apple PCs. It's like a notebook, where you can also operate the mouse with the touchpad. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it works really well. There are paid drivers for Windows devices, I don't know how good the support for the trackpad is, I've only used the Magic Mouse under Windows.

I currently use it daily, also under Windows 10, but only under Bootcamp and Parallels on the Mac. I don't know it in pure Windows. But it will probably behave similarly, except that it might not run at all without driver installation with optional software to configure it, I have left out the configuration software so far because it is chargeable. For me under Bootcamp and Parallels it worked so far. Many gestures work like on a Mac, like zooming, scrolling, right-clicking with 2 fingers, etc. With the configuration tool, everything could simply be fine-tuned.
