These are not PWM fans! So in PWM mode, the fans would spin permanently. However, some mainboards support PWM and DC mode with their 4-pin connectors. In this case, the fans can be controlled via the voltage. Just check the bios. It can also happen that only 3-pin connections of the mainboard are controllable. It would also be sufficient for case fans, as you can connect up to a maximum of 5 fans to one connection via an adapter.

Which fans are they exactly? Manufacturer's number is wrong > https://www.arctic.de/search?search=ACFAN00135A gives several results. Searching for "arctic p12 pwm" also produces strange results > dear galaxus, please clean up or explain what these different prices with exactly the same name are about. https://www.galaxus.ch/search?q=arctic%20p12%20pwm&so=4 And if you're going to let customers search, give them the correct manufacturer's numbers.
