yes you can. the mainboard has 1 hdmi and 1 displayport connector.
What do you mean, your motherboard is reaching its limit?

Thanks for the answer, Asus didn't say anything about onboard Tpm headers. I am buying the R5 5600x and it is supported.

actually not, because the processor is supported since version 2301. If your version is older, you have to update.
First check the bios for your version, if it is older then yes.

Then save the version on a Fat 32 stick, it is important to unpack the file in an empty folder beforehand and then save the unpacked file on the stick. Then connect the stick to the USB port, then click on Flash 3 Utility in the Tools menu in the Bios. There you can decide whether you want to flash directly from the Asus site or from the stick you have just created.
No matter how you decide, please do not do anything else on the computer after the OK until the message appears that the process is complete.
You only have to do all this if your version is older than version 2301, as described above.

Hello Jenahan, in most cases the new mainboards delivered already have the new BIOS installed, while the old stock items still need an update, of course. Only Digitec can answer this 100%, but in my opinion Digitec does not sell old stock. If necessary, you could ask AMD for a loan CPU, but that would be rather tedious. Greetings Dave

Yes, in principle it would work, but only with a BIOS update. The easiest (and good for the future) would be a B550 or X570 motherboard.
