As this question has been asked twice for both models, after researching both, I have the following answer for both headsets: I was able to do a search and it looks like the manufacturer here does not use different EAN codes or manufacturer numbers for the different batches. In this case, it is unfortunately not possible for us to predict which headset belongs to which production run. In any case, you have a manufacturer's warranty if something should go wrong with the headset. The link to the other question: https://www.digitec.ch/de...

Mine has been working very well for 2 years and I'm very happy with it. It's better than anything else I've tried with gaming functionality. To do better, you'd need a hi-fi headset, but then you'd need an external sound mixer to separate 'chat/game' and an external microphone. The top strap can be adjusted by screwing and unscrewing, but at the same time, once it's properly adjusted, why would I need to change it? Admittedly it's rather heavy (500g) but I've got used to it and it suits me fine. Every time I try a logitec or razer or other, I run back to the Maxwell, it's really superior, both in terms of listening and the quality of the microphone.

The problem you mentioned could be due to the microphone settings in COD. Try these settings: First open the game and go to the 'Settings' menu. There you will find the 'Audio and Graphics' tab. Click on it and you will see the options for your microphone. Here you can adjust the microphone level, switch it on or off and specify who should hear you - everyone, only friends or nobody. Also check the Audeze settings: https://www.audeze.com/pages....

Helpful answer
We have to change suppliers from time to time, which usually results in a price change, but it should never be that big. But a certain fluctuation is normal for this item and is related to availability.
