The lights are controlled via a desktop app. As far as I know, you need the Synch Box for the PS5 to work.

I bought it about one year ago, and yes, it’s all included. Great product! The only difficulty may be, that if you have multiple WLAN (as I have), some features only work if your PC and the light strip are connected to the same WLAN. But one learns soon, how to deal with it — just connect to the same WLAN. Keep in mind, this light strip uses an application on the computer to control the lights, that’s why the app must be connected to the lights (through the same WLAN). The first time it may take several minutes to connect, in my case 20 minutes (!) but just the first time.
