Yes. 60hz at a resolution of 2560 x 1440 works.
According to my own research, it is 100 W. I have passed on the message for correction and this should be adjusted soon.
Yes, that's normal, the enclosures are designed in such a way that they dissipate the heat generated inside via the enclosure itself, because there are no active fans installed in such docking solutions.
I'm pretty sure it should work, but I can't guarantee it completely. I've certainly tested it on the Dell XPS, the Lenovo X1 and also on Samsung S-series smartphones, and it works everywhere, as well as on MacBooks.
Did I understand that correctly? You want to connect the Doc to the USB-C port of the Xbox and use it to charge your mobile phone and connect your controllers? If so, that should be possible.
Yes this product is only 60W and does not work properly with a Macbook Pro 16`, I am also disapointed
I myself use it without a power supply. One should inform oneself more before buying! (these questions seem somehow pointless to me)
15cm
I have connected the part to the new MAC MINI M1 chip and it works great
The USB-C is mainly for data transfer, but you can also use it to power a notebook ;-) How else would you use all the connections like USB, HDMI, LAN, etc)? https://i-tec.cz/wp-content/uploads/C31NANODOCKLANPD-QS-2018.pdf
Seems to be normal, at least mine (there are several in use) also feel hot. Felt, because our hands already feel 37 degrees as very warm and somewhere above 45 degrees as hot.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen i-tec Team -------------------------- Hello, The laptop's TB3 ports, both, do support the PowerDelivery feature. So there should not be any problem with simultaneously charging the laptop and using all the other ports on the docking station. Best regards i-tec Team
I suspect that would not work with this extension cable. Generally, Thunderbolt cables have active components in the connector. But for an extension, a cable like Sir_Cirion mentions is probably also sufficient. So info on the differences I can mention https://www.heise.de/tipps-tricks/Thunderbolt-und-USB-C-Wo-liegt-der-Unterschied-4662253.html In c't issue 16/2021 from page 90 there is an extensive and good article on this topic.
Hello, Can you please contact our Technical support? Our e-mail address is support@itecproduct.com Please note that manufacturers of wireless devices very often recommend connecting the dongle directly to the laptop. Best regards i-tec Team
On the i-tec website you can find current driver packages for Windows, Mac and Linux as well as a firmware update. With these drivers, the dock seems to run a bit more stable on Windows. Link: https://i-tec.pro/de/produkt/c31nanodocklanpd-3/
No, the i-tec USB-C only has Thunderbolt 3, probably doesn't quite match the Thunderbolt 4 port, but works for my needs.
Yes works. The cable is approx. 15 cm. Enough for me without problems
Perhaps this one would be able to cover the needs? https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/3/8/6/0/7/9/7/3/datasheet_IB-DK4050-CPD_d.pdf Kind regards.
It works fine for me. the charger of the laptop or any other charger with the necessary power, e.g. 60W, must be connected to the "USB-C Metal 4K Dock" (mark Bliz), the short dock cable then goes to the place where the charger is plugged in.
