1. Spotify compatibility: The device supports Spotify Connect, but not directly via the integrated music services in the JBL One app. However, you can stream music from Spotify via Bluetooth. 2. make calls and listen to music: Yes, the device allows you to make calls and listen to music at the same time as it has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. You can connect it to a mobile hotspot to stream music while you are on the phone.

Hi, supposedly you can pair the JBL boxes with each other. But I haven't tried it myself yet. If necessary, simply download the JBL app to your mobile. I did it for my Partybox 110, for example. Pairing is super easy here.

The main difference between the JBL Charge 5 and the JBL Charge 5 Wi-Fi lies inSeveral key areas: ## Connectivity - In addition to Bluetooth 5.3, the JBL Charge 5 Wi-Fi also offers Wi-Fi connectivity, which enables support for AirPlay 2, Chromecast and Spotify Connect as well as voice control via Alexa. The standard model, on the other hand, only has Bluetooth 5.1. ## Sound quality - There are marginal improvements in sound quality with the Wi-Fi model, especially when streaming via Wi-Fi. It offers more clarity, musical dynamics and a wider soundstage compared to the Bluetooth stream. However, the differences are small when connected via Bluetooth. ## Battery and Charging - Both models have a battery life of 20 hours, but the Wi-Fi model takes 6 hours to fully charge, while the standard model charges in 4 hours. ## Design and weight - The Wi-Fi model is slightly heavier (1 kg compared to 0.96 kg) and has a slightly larger woofer (53 x 93 mm compared to 52 x 90 mm). ## Price - The Wi-Fi model is significantly more expensive than the standard model, with a price difference of around 70 euros. Overall, the JBL Charge 5 Wi-Fi offers additional functions and improved sound quality when connected to Wi-Fi, but it is also more expensive than the standard model.

The difference in bass between the JBL Charge 5 and the JBL Clip 6 lies mainly in the size and construction of the speakers. - Size and design: The JBL Charge 5 is a larger and more powerful speaker, which results in a better bass response. The JBL Clip 6 is smaller and more portable, making it ideal for transport, but less powerful in the bass range. - Speaker size: The Charge 5 has larger drivers which can produce deeper and more powerful bass, unlike the Clip 6 which has smaller drivers and therefore less bass performance. - Power: The Charge 5 has a higher power output, which has a positive effect on the bass, while the Clip 6 has a lower power output and therefore offers less bass intensity. Overall, the JBL Charge 5 offers better bass than the JBL Clip 6.

I listened to both speakers in the shop. The Charge 5 sounds really squawky next to the Flip 6. If you just want to listen to music quietly on the side, I think the Charge 5 is enough.

According to my information, there is only one JBL Charge 5. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, if you want to call it that. However, you can also charge your smartphone on the speaker if necessary, it's a power pack at the same time. But then the battery won't last 20 hours... Greetings Paul

As far as I know, this is not technically possible, there are only two different sources for Bluetooth connections. However, with JBL you can connect an infinite number of Bluetooth boxes together, according to the master/sllave principle, which is how I solved it.
