I don't know that it is technically possible to suppress the ambient noise during recording. The microphone is there to record them so that the ANC works at all!
When compared to the Sony headphones, they are at 85% and Sony is at 95%.
But the price-performance ratio is more correct with these.

You can, but the delays are much worse compared to a gaming headset (you may hear the opponent a few ms later, but it is noticeable).
My daughter (14) rather small (160) the Haedphones fit great
