Hello, you can use 1 connector out of 3, there's no problem as they are independent of each other. But take my 2x8 pin version: Lian-Li Strimer Plus V2 (RGB)

The controller is included with the mainboard Strimer cable V2 so that you can control the cables with L- Connect. With this you have everything you need for the installation. If you only buy the GPU Strimer cable V2, you have to buy the controller separately.
