Which device can't get an IP address?

You don't have to buy anything else, I've been using it exactly like this (with UPC Box) for about a year - it works very well.
A tip: Deactivate the WLAN of the UPC Box, because Orbi is responsible for the WLAN.
Works for me from the sousol over the ground floor, 1st floor to 2nd floor in very good quality.

Hello, no the units do not make any noise.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Not even for all devices. You can only set internet times for individual connected devices (e.g. mobile phone) (child control) but the wifi runs constantly and radiates.
I have solved the problem with timers... the system starts and connects again automatically in the morning...
It works for me. Orbi Mesh switches between frequencies.
