Hello, I have received the European model LE2113. What exactly do you mean by choosing a provider? I use it with Digitec Connect, but have also used it with Wingo. Greetings Flurin

To my knowledge, the OnePlus 9 is not officially IP68 certified (or allegedly only the T-Mobile variant in the US). But according to OnePlus, they are all made the same. I assume that they are IP68 protected (SIM slot, etc. have rubber seals), but not officially certified (--> saves money).
