Hello,
We can confirm that it's a CH plug but we're not 100% sure whether it's a J or C type. Given that it's a large appliance, it's more likely to be type J (3 pins).
I also have problems connecting via (Windows +K). But this is more due to internal IT regulations.

I was able to do some research and with the exact same functions and variety of software, unfortunately we don't have a suitable alternative in the size we want. 55" is the minimum. Hi Bazillovic As far as I know, the screen has Samsung's own operating system. Apps ala Android cannot be installed. However, it has a browser that can be used to run web-based applications. For example, we use a browser-based furniture configurator and it works well.

The WM55B can be connected to the wifi and has SmartView+. However, as far as we know, SmartView+ is only available for Samsung devices.
