Hello I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and ordered this keyboard here at digitec. but the keyboard doesn't work... do i have to adjust anything? does anyone have any tips? thanks and regards

I can't say that either. I chose this keyboard cover because of the lower weight ;) and I am very satisfied. I don't know the other one.

I couldn't tell from the pictures if this keyboard has buttons to increase and decrease the volume.
