Hello I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and ordered this keyboard here at digitec. but the keyboard doesn't work... do i have to adjust anything? does anyone have any tips? thanks and regards

I had to update the tablet's system, after which the keyboard worked without any further action.
