There is nothing listed here, so I don't think you would get Galaxy Buds2 Pro and Smartag2 here.
I think it has something to do with the fact that there are different versions or European versions of the bios, but I'm not sure, as a user you don't notice anything.
Unfortunately, this has no longer been possible with the major smartphone manufacturers for some years now.🙁
Unfortunately, this is not possible in our shop. It is best to enquire directly with Samsung for a warranty extension or you can have the smartphone insured through your insurance company.🫡
Yes, this is a new article
According to our information, the product does not support memory expansion via microSD card.
Last question: is this a new phone?
This basically means the following... If you buy the S24 Ultra directly from Digitec, you have no restrictions at all. If it's another retailer, you may get an EU device. As far as I know, Samsung Pay should still work, but it's just not 100% guaranteed. But as mentioned, if you buy this device from Digitec itself, you have no restrictions anywhere and you don't need to worry at all.
Plausible!
I personally use 2 different physical SIM cards with the device. Installation and operation have worked perfectly so far 👌 Although the device offers the option of storing multiple eSIM profiles (up to 20, depending on the memory capacity of the eSIM chip), only two SIMs can be active at any one time. This means, for example, that you can use two eSIMs or a combination of a physical SIM and an eSIM in parallel. The simultaneous use of three SIMs (e.g. two eSIMs and one physical SIM) is not possible.
Thank you very much for pointing this out. A correction request has been sent.
Yes, this is a new product with a 2-year warranty.
Hello, We offer a number of payment methods, but this is not one of them. You can find all the methods we offer at the following link: https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/paymentoptions
Conditions for cashback promotions are communicated by the manufacturer, it is best to contact Samsung Switzerland directly to find out more.🫡
I think so! I use a Swiss e-SIM and a German SIM card
Certainly not. It's a great camera for a phone, but it's nowhere near as good as a telephoto lens on an SLR. No phone does that.
Yes, in this case it is best to choose our offer. You can find out more about the display and camera in the product ratings. Customers who have bought the product describe their user experiences there. :)
Let's pass it on. <3
I'm very sorry that you're having problems with your smartphone. Unfortunately, there are no additional guarantees that you can buy. We recommend that you contact your insurance company, as such damage may be included. Or, if you bought the device from us, you can send it in to us for warranty. However, the answer will probably be the same. But it's worth a try.
The product offers the option of a dual SIM function that supports both a physical SIM card and an eSIM. The Swiss version also supports AI functions.
I cannot answer with a guarantee. But the depreciation of electronic devices is relatively high. You may still get CHF 200 credited in 5 years' time.....!!????
We have been optimising our packaging process for several years now thanks to modern packaging machines so that our parcels no longer have to be filled with environmentally harmful packaging material. You can find out more about this in this article: https://www.digitec.ch/de/page/schluss-mit-luftschlangen-digitec-galaxus-verpackt-neu-ohne-fuellmaterial-9125 If necessary, you are welcome to report your situation and your criticism to our customer service, we are always there for you: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
Hello, take a look at the OnePlus 11 which is around 750 Fr. and has a periscope camera.
The smartphone comes with a standard 24-month bring-in guarantee.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.
Fortunately, I don't have that problem. My pictures are stored as I take them. The problem I have is that I don't know how the images can be edited using AI.
