I have two samsung S7, one for work bought from Sunrise and a personal one bought on Galaxus with Sunrise too and the reception with the one from Galaxus is not so good, it seems that this import phone (eastern countries) is of lower quality.

According to a look in my Noble Collection Harry Potter Dementors Crystal Ball you still have some time. Before the sale of the S7 is discontinued, there will definitely be a sale. So check back often to make sure you don't miss out on the sale.

Helpful answer

This is the region lock, so the smartphone is not imported into territories where it is not intended. The smartphone must therefore be activated with a European SIM card before it can be used, for example, with an American, Chinese or Australian SIM card. Activation is usually use/telephony for 5-10min. After that the smartphone can be used with any SIM card in any region. There is no influence on the use, if you ever use it with other SIMs.

Does the device support Wifi Calling?

Yes, Wifi Calling is supported. Attached is a small instruction: 1. open the phone app 2. select the three-dot symbol in the top right-hand corner 3. select settings 4. activate "WLAN calls" (at the bottom) WiFi Calling is now active on your Samsung Galaxy S7. You should recognise this by a wifi symbol with a telephone handset in the status bar.

Hello The prices differ because a renewal is always more expensive. This arrangement is not made by Digitec but by Swisscom or the other network operators. But in my experience, the prices for the devices are generally lower at Digitec than at Swisscom.
