Will the original ear tips be available for purchase?

Can you lay with those earphones in bed with your head on the side without too much pressure and pain? Most of those earphones are not really good to lay on the side...

I had been using the headphones for just over a year and then started having problems with charging and battery life. When the headphones were fully charged, after 1 minute of use the left headphone would switch off and the right headphone after 15 minutes.... I sent it for repair under warranty and got a credit note for it in the end. I was basically very happy with the headphones and would buy them again now. But I am afraid that the same thing will happen again. Has anyone bought the headphones that year and had a similar experience with the battery problem? Thank you for your feedback.

The Sony WF-1000XM4 have or had a common problem with the battery and the charging station. There is a very big thread on Reddit about this, everyone should check it out. In other countries, Sony apparently even replaces the headphones when the warranty has expired because the problem was caused by a faulty firmware update. I got the headphones as a gift at the end of 2021 and unfortunately the purchase receipt is not available and Sony support in Switzerland is not responding. Has anyone had more luck and is it worthwhile putting pressure on Sony here as a community? I was otherwise very happy with the headphones but now they are unusable (the right headphone lasts just under 30 minutes and the case overheats when charging or no longer charges properly). I have a question regarding the headset, I have used it for 345 hours in total and now the left headset, a full charge lasts me 50 minutes and the right one still shows me 79% charge, is this normal? My warranty expires in 4 months

@SonyEuropeBv I bought the headphones for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, she lost one of the earphones. According to the Sony website, I should contact the nearest repair centre. In this case Sertronics seems to be the only choice. I have already had bad experiences with this repair centre. Is there an alternative?
