I think that works quite well. If possible, digital from the receiver to the Yamaha, and the soundbar has a dedicated sub-output, with which the subwoofer can be optimally operated. In terms of sound settings (DSP, and other preferences), the Yamaha would then be the driving force, so with remote control, or even better with the multiroom app...
The SWK-W16 kit was in the package with me. Hope could help
There is no wall mount included, only a stand/base to put it on a piece of furniture.
The Soundbar has a 30-day return policy and can therefore be returned within the time limit, provided the return policy is adhered to. However, the product cannot be ordered for testing and then returned at the purchase price.
The YSP-5600 has a calibration microphone that you place in your seating position and the whole thing calibrates itself fully automatically. It simply uses the reflective surfaces that are available to it. If you don't have a left wall, it will just use the ceiling and then the back to produce the 7.1.2 (I don't have a right wall and it works fine). If you have Dolby Atmos content, it sounds really awesome, but you have to set it relatively loud for that to come across. But you have to realise that it can't replace a real 7.1.2 system. Furthermore, I would think twice about investing in the Sound Bar at this point in time, as it does NOT have HDR Passtrouth. Unfortunately, this will not be provided with a firmware update, as apparently the hardware for this is not installed. If that doesn't bother you, I can fully recommend it, but only together with the Yamaha NS-SW300 subwoofer. The bar itself had too little pressure for me. What is also important to mention: The bar is 21 cm high, so your TV has to hang on the wall or stand on a high pedestal, otherwise it will cover your picture. :-)
