Product details

Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA Filament 1.75 mm, 1 kg

The Hyper Speed PLA filament is one of the specially developed filaments from the high-speed filament line for FFF printing. When printing at high speeds, the filament is quickly fed into the heating block, and the polymer has very little time to melt from a solid to a molten state, which can lead to nozzle clogging and poor layer adhesion. With optimized molecular weight and tuned flow characteristics, Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA is capable of achieving faster melting at the hot end and much quicker cooling after the material is extruded. As a result, the surface quality of parts printed with Hyper Speed filaments is smooth, and most sharp details are preserved.

Most importantly, Hyper Speed PLA offers excellent layer adhesion and strength in the Z-direction thanks to its optimized molecular weight. Therefore, Hyper Speed PLA can be used for concept models and figures, prototyping, and more.

Designed for high-speed FFF printing
High flowability
Lower thermal capacity
Easy to print with excellent surface finish
Outstanding inter-layer adhesion

Compatibility: Premium PVA+
Application: Prototyping and design, education and visualization, art and sculpture, manufacturing aids
