Product details

Are you looking for a large photo backpack that will accompany you on your photography adventures and offer you maximum flexibility? Then the Fotoliner Ocean Adventure is the perfect choice.

The Fotoliner Ocean Adventure is not a classic photo backpack that only offers space for photography equipment. Instead, it can be used universally. This means you can easily store your photography equipment as well as other items such as clothing and food, so you can start your next photo tour or trip perfectly equipped.

You can store your photography equipment in the matching Fotoliner Ocean Adventure Cubes, which are available separately. Depending on how much space you need for your equipment, you can choose between the three available sizes S, M or L. The large rucksack offers space for any combination of the individual Cubes, for example a Cube L together with a Cube M, or a Cube L together with a Cube S. (Note: 2x Cube L has no space) The remaining space in the rucksack can then be filled with clothes or other items, for example.

The spacious main compartment of the Fotoliner Ocean Adventure has a removable divider that makes it customisable. For example, you can place a cube with photography equipment in the lower section and clothing or other items in the upper section, separating the photography equipment from the rest of your everyday items to keep a good overview and organisation of your things. If desired, the divider can also be removed completely to create a single large compartment. The main compartment can be accessed from two different places. This means you can either lay down the photo backpack, open the compartment from the back and access your equipment conveniently, or open the compartment from the top and access your things without having to lay down the Fotoliner Ocean Adventure.

With a capacity of 32 litres and two large storage compartments, the Rollei Ocean Fotoliner Adventure is an ideal all-round backpack. However, the backpack made of rubberised, water-repellent material is not a photo backpack at first: it only becomes one when the separately available Rollei Foto Cubes are installed, which are available free of charge with the backpack as part of a special offer...

With a price of around 250 euros, the Fotoliner Ocean Adventure is the cheapest backpack in the test field. Its special feature is that it initially comes as a "normal" backpack without compartments for photography equipment. However, it can be expanded into a camera backpack with inserts, so-called cubes, in sizes S (approx...

  • PositiveSpace abounds in the Ocean Adventure photoliner
  • PositiveThanks to its modular concept, it is well suited for all kinds of larger tours and trips
  • NegativeThe cubes limit the maximum length of lenses: 1m Supertele range could be tight
  • NegativeThe zips are not completely waterproof

The Fotoliner Ocean Adventure does its job very well: comfort, operation and workmanship leave practically nothing to be desired. The great flexibility puts the price of the backpack and cubes into perspective. For active photographers, the backpack is definitely a clear recommendation.
