Silicone-free gel pads for thermal interface offer high performance and are available in a variety of thermal conductivities and thicknesses. They are extremely soft and have natural slip resistance, simplifying installation and expanding the scope of potential applications. Possible applications include displays, lighting protection for PDP TVs, LCD CCFL and LCD LED display backlighting, LED signs, projectors, and new display technology.
