The Grandia GD08 follows a different concept than traditional HTPC cases. It is slightly larger and achieves the capacity of a full tower without appearing bulky. It accommodates twelve drives, a 220 mm long ATX power supply, a cooler with a height of up to 138 mm, and expansion cards up to 34.54 cm in length.

The cooling system includes four 120 mm fan slots on the sides and bottom, as well as two 80 mm fan slots at the back. Due to pressure cooling, these are extremely quiet and effective. The Grandia GD08 measures 440 x 175 x 435 mm and weighs about 7 kg.

The minimalist design does not appear oversized and can be placed in many locations. The case harmoniously blends into any decor due to its reduced surface area. Additionally, the Grandia GD08 features a manually adjustable LED display.
