This privacy filter is a practical and cost-effective solution to protect confidential data from unwanted eyes. The filter darkens your MacBook Pro screen from the sides while providing a clear viewing angle of 60 degrees (+/- 30 degrees from the center) for the user.
The privacy filter is double-sided, featuring a matte, anti-glare side for environments prone to glare and a glossy side that helps maintain color vibrancy. The matte side offers additional protection for the screen with a coating that repels fingerprints and scratches. The filter has a light transmittance of 57.5%, ensuring optimal screen brightness and enhanced privacy.
The privacy filter is designed to fit perfectly without interfering with top-mounted webcams, sensors, or when closing the lid. Attach the filter using the included transparent, residue-free adhesive strips.
Reduce eye strain and improve visual comfort by decreasing blue light exposure. It blocks up to 51% of blue light emitted by the screen in the wavelength range of 380 nm - 480 nm. Digital eye strain can lead to symptoms such as headaches, dry eyes, and blurred vision.
