The KryoSheet graphene thermal pads are an excellent alternative to thermal pastes and feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. Included with the KryoSheet, which measures 75 × 72 mm, is a Kapton insulating sheet. The graphene thermal pads from the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used as a great alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. Similar to Carbonaut pads, they have a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. As a high-end product, KryoSheet provides significantly higher thermal conductivity compared to Carbonaut pads. This enhanced thermal conductivity is due not only to the choice of materials but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to the usual aging that occurs with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible.
