NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 4000 series graphics cards utilize a new 16-pin connector (12+4-pin) for power supply, known as the 12VHPWR connector, compliant with the PCIe 5.0 standard. Lian Li offers the Strimer Plus V2, a 12VHPWR PCIe 5.0 extension cable with ARGB lighting that can be used universally. The Lian Li Strimer Plus V2 3x 8-Pin PCIe to 16-Pin 12VHPWR extension cable features high-quality sleeving. This cable is made of 16AWG copper conductors and is equipped with three cable combs.
The 12VHPWR extension cable also includes eight light guides. The total of 108 ARGB LEDs can be directly connected to a motherboard using the included 6-pin to 3-pin 5VDG adapter and synchronized with the motherboard manufacturer's software or configured with Lian Li's L-Connect 3 software. Alternatively, the lighting can be connected to the optional Strimer L-Connect 3 controller and also configured with the L-Connect 3 software. The Lian Li ARGB lighting strip is the perfect upgrade for your high-performance P28 UNI fan. Simply remove one aluminum side panel from your fan, and the lighting strip can be clipped in its place. Please note that the overall width of your fan will increase to a maximum of 136 mm when adding lighting strips on both sides. Additionally, these strips feature an innovative daisy-chain design with contact pins at the ends of the strip. These pins can be connected using a specially designed clip.
With this method, up to three strips can be controlled via a single cable. Furthermore, you can connect a second cluster to the first strip using an additional cable, allowing you to control a total of six light strips. You can connect the ARGB light strips either to an L-Connect hub or directly to your motherboard using the included 3-pin ARGB adapter. When connected to the L-Connect hub, you can synchronize all your Lian Li ARGB products for a beautiful, cohesive aesthetic.
