Since 1.3.2024, frontier nuvola has blocked its Internet radio portal for access by Quubi and other Internet radios; the portal still exists, you can access your saved favourites via the browser after logging in with user and password and play them in the browser - only with the Quubi device this is no longer possible (free of charge). At the same time, local streams, such as those stored in the Fritzbox, can no longer be played.
This makes the Quubi a good-sounding, but for me a useless and worthless piece of electronic junk. I don't want to listen to FM and DAB permanently because of the poor quality, and playing my local music collection is not really recommendable because of the mini display and the limited functionality. As the device has a few other annoying quirks with its alarms, it will soon be going into the electronics container at the waste collection centre. What a pity! For everyone else: Hands off the purchase.
