Question about Corsair HX1000i
Are the HX1xxxi power supplies from Corsair supplied with a 12VHPWR connector or does this have to be ordered separately? What are the current delivery times? I don't want to wait weeks for this cable as I can only install the 4090 without an Nvidia adapter. Thank you very much for the information.
Hello, a 12VHPWR connector is usually included with the graphics card, otherwise it must be ordered separately. With some of the connectors supplied by Nvidia, the outer solder joints inside the Nvidia adapter are said to come loose easily when bending strongly, especially sideways/diagonally, with some variants (not all). For example, my older RTX 3090 Ti came with such an adapter. Such an adapter is not usually included with the power supply unit.
