The pins on my left CTRL cap are also broken off. I have now changed the right CTRL to the left position. Probably a weak point of the G910... Would be nice to get a replacement CTRL... @Logitech ?

I had the same problem and also changed the right CTRL button to the left side. Unfortunately, the left CTRL switch now also seems to have problems so that it only responds in about 50% of cases. It's probably not worth repairing. Too bad, I would have expected a keyboard from Logitech that would last longer than 4 years.

Update: Bought a new keyboard - not a Logitech one.
