Are these the original razer mice with the same specifications (hz etc)? What is the difference between this and the 150 Fr version?

The more expensive version (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/razer-deathadder-v3-pro-kabellos-kabelgebunden-maus-41291418) comes with a Hyperpolling dongle to allow up to 8000Hz. It also has a different coating called "Smooth Touch".
These are the only differences compared to the regular version.
