Can anyone explain to me why 180.- Stutz headphones are not recognised by a PC via Bluetooth???...
How did you proceed?
The WF-1000XM3 didn't work properly with Windows 10 until an update, which you can do with the Headphones Connect app.
Does the BT connection work with a mobile device?
If so, the fault is probably with the Windows PC. Have you already tried to fix the problem?
