Can I play a Nintendo Switch (Hdmi) on the LG Ultrafine 5K (Apple) monitor (Thunderbolt 3) with the adapter? It didn't work with conventional Hdmi to USB-C/Thunderbolt3 adapters.

I only use the adapter to operate a monitor on my MacBook. That works without any problems.

I don't get along with this adapter at all. Unfortunately, nothing worked at all for me. I can therefore not answer the question
