Can I still use the mobile phone normally in Switzerland with the EU model? Will it recognise our SIM card?

we can only say this with absolute certainty about the models sold directly through the Samsung Online Shop. These models are free of SIM locks. For other dealers, it is safer to ask them directly.

Yes, that's no problem, all SIM cards work in all phones. However, I would not recommend this phone. It was launched in 2020 and no longer gets five years of security updates.
