Unfortunately no and Swisscom is no help

This is only possible if you buy the device as a Swisscom-branded device.
You must also have a (private) Natel Infinity subscription. (https://www.swisscom.ch/de...)
I've been struggling with Swisscom for several weeks because I don't have a branded device. As a result, I can't use the so-called Advanced Calling!
