Hello,
To enable AMD FreeSync Premium Pro on your monitor, you must first activate the Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) function in the monitor's On-Screen Display (OSD) menu and then ensure the feature is enabled within your PC's graphics.
-If you use Nvidia Right-click on your desktop and select NVIDIA Control Panel-Under the "Display" section, click on Set Up G-SYNC.
If u use AMD GPU go to Radeon software to display and ensure that AMD FreeSync Premium Pro (it may just show as "FreeSync Premium" or "AMD FreeSync") is toggled On for the correct display.
And one more thing..
The monitor must be connected using a DisplayPort cable 1.4 with DSC support its necessary for 4K 240hz
If u need anything else ask.
