Yes you can, just connect and select as device in the device settings of MS Teams.

We use Macs. You can define sound output and input via Jabra Handset 450 in the system settings. I think that this can also be set under Windows.
However, all tones and messages are then also heard via the handset. But you can also change this again after using teams. I have not found any separate setting options directly in Teams.
In the 3CX telephone software that we use, you can set this independently. Calls via handset, ringing via PC loudspeaker
