Can this screen have a screen bar? Because I'd like to buy the Arctic X1-3D to go with it but I don't know if they're compatible...

The screen supports VESA 100x100 and weighs less than 10KG (8.10 KG), so yes it does seem compatible.
Mine is fixed to the wall with a Slim VESA 100x100, all stuck against the wall and it's Top :-)
