Yes, you can do this with a power bank with a USB-C connection.

After some searching, I finally have a definitive answer: Yes, it is possible. According to Harman, the box can already be charged from 5V, but this takes much longer than the 2.5h which, as Mr. has already said, is specified for the standard (or maximum) voltage of 20V of the power supply unit supplied.

This will not work because the box is charged with 20V / 3A. Unless you have a 20V PowerBank (but this is very unlikely).
