Yes, works fine - have screen, keyboard and occasionally an ext. drive on it. The only downer is that the integrated on/off button only works with an HP notebook. You have to open the Mac and switch it on...

There's 90W, 120W, 230W or 280W.

Unfortunately better than with an HP Z-Book. I had to return the docking station because it was only compatible with my personal Macbook Pro and not with the work Z-Book.
