The SL450 HX runs perfectly with the Swisscom Internet Box Standard based on the CAT-Iq 2.0 standards. A small minus point is that to access the central number directory in the Swisscom Box, the directory key on the phone 2* must be pressed (otherwise the directory comes up on the handset). In addition, the casing is a little simple, but the operation, sound quality and battery life are impeccable, and the charging station is stable and has the necessary weight of its own.

A goody is the display of names in the caller list, which are not stored locally but are then sent by Swisscom via a query (at local.ch?). This function is otherwise only available on Swisscom's own DECT devices, but only for numbers and names which are also stored in Local.ch (e.g. survey institutes).

The Gigaset SL450 HX is compatible with the Swisscom Internet Box which is delivered for Swisscom 2.0 TV. Without CAT-iq2.0 standard for the DECT connection, certain functions (calls in absence,..) are missing.
