I also ordered it on Mon, 07.02.2022 and received it the next day. Two network cables were included, but with no CH plug. --> Called the service, gave the order number and they sent a new network cable with a CH plug. The phone call took only 2min and was completely uncomplicated.

If you know your rights as a customer, the question is superfluous. What remains are possible negative "surprises" if Digitec once again forgets to fulfil its obligations.

In addition, especially with a PC monitor, it is usually the completely wrong and, above all, worse solution to use an adapter.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.

If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.
