Question about Phanteks 4-Pin RGB LED Adapter Cable

Dear Community I recently bought an Entho evolv X together with this adapter. Unfortunately I found out that the case has a 3 pin RGB connector and I wanted to ask what I can do to connect my case to Aura Sync. Just out of curiosity, I connected my ROG Thor to the case via the supplied 3 pin connector, which immediately connects the Thor to the case. I would be very happy for help MFG

Is it a standard 3Pin RGB or a Phanteks 3Pin RGB?
If the latter, I would use this controller: (I connected it to my Phanteks Halos): Phanteks Digital-RGB Starter Kit incl. Controller (RGB, 30, 400mm)
