I have the same problem but maybe I can still give you a tip. With my PC (HP Probook 440) I also had no chance to see the device on the explorer. Try it with the USB-C / USB-C cable. It definitely works on my son's laptop. I find it strange, because we both use Windows 11. Greetings sidi
