Digitec! You disappointed me and the people who pre-ordered the phone. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. You kow how excited i was? I checked my mailbox every hour woth the hope it will show up but naaa. No email saying it won't arrive on time for the second time. 0 communication. And above all this we probably won't get any compensation or bonus for your screw up. At least to say sorry or something. I'm giving you a 1* review for sure. What a shame.

Helpful answer

Other people have already had this phone for over a month now. At this point is it even a pre-order anymore? I am thinking about getting it from Germany (or any other EU or Asian country) or just waiting for samsung's s23 ultra at this point. Not to mention this "pre-order" didn't even include the watch and it's already been late twice with 0 warning. In the US it'll already by on sale for black friday.

I really appreciate you and I am well aware that a company of this size cannot comment on every delivery delay.
Besides, the third-party supplier is definitely responsible here. However, since other electronics companies also have problems with procurement, this is probably a bigger problem.

As a customer, I am currently left out in the cold and unfortunately have no planning certainty whatsoever due to the automatically generated responses. I would therefore like to ask you for a brief assessment of the situation.
