Do they work with a macbook pro? Since they are USB-C only, what is the max resolution and refresh rate?

Helpful answer
I don't know because I use the device with a Lenovo notebook. Basically, I would leave it alone, as Lenovo only guarantees compatibility with Lenovo notebooks.

The dock works with Macbooks, at least my Macbook Pro 2017, but you have to install a "Display Link" driver first, as described in the Lenovo forum: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5...

1. install the driver from here: https://www.synaptics.com/products...
2. after installation, the driver asks for authorisation to record the screen. Authorisation granted, and voila, my 2 external screens work :-)

Hope this helps someone!

I was just relatively surprised to discover that it works without any problems for me. MacBook Pro M1 and Displaylink installed, two external monitors and mouse+keyboard work perfectly.
