Do you think this may cool an i9 14900F? the i9 is the non-K version.

It will be fine. Intel specifies 219 watts.
I have it on a 13900K and it's already between 70 and 80c when gaming. The cores also clock down from time to time.
But if you have money to spare, I would buy a 360AIO.

I think so. This air cooler cools my i7 13700K without any problems.
