No. Salt does not support 5G with Pixel 6 in its current state.
I recently opened a ticket with Salt because I have very poor reception at home and couldn't find wifi calling as a feature. Salt confirmed that they do not support Wifi calling and 5G for the Pixel 6 line.

This week they claimed 5G has been activated. Unfortunately, it does not work for me.
