Does anyone know whether the 51 cm rise from the bottom edge of the display at 46" is the maximum height up to the middle of the VESA mount?

There is a height difference of 51 cm. The value is not relative to the surface of the table. It also depends on the installation whether you can use the 51 cm. The way I set it up, only about 40cm is usable.
